Shipping and Delivery

We are taking upmost action to make our product available in all the cities, however, we might not able to deliver in certain remote areas. Therefore, we request you to please check the delivery location points by using your Pincode.

Each furniture product you place with us comes with a tentative date of shipping. Typically our product is delivered within 6 to 8 days  from after shipped order. We are using premium transportation and delivery services to deliver the products which ensure the product is delivered in time. Our team tracks each order 24x7 and gives you updates periodically via email or SMS. 

 

In the case of a custom furniture order, the order may take 20 to 25 days to manufacture and deliver to your preferred location. During the delivery process, you can reach our customer support team for any query and take the update on the shipment. 

 

If the order gets delay for any reason, our person will contact you and update you about the next shipping deadline. We will update you from time to time and let you know where the shipment has the reach and how many more hours it may take to reach your location.

A: We ensure that the product you choose during the purchase is the same when you get it to deliver to your location. We never compromise on the quality. We do not offer exchange unless the product is damaged on arrival or have any item missing or need replacement. Also, no refund will be initiated unless and until there is some serious quality issue with the product.

 

In the rare case if you are not able to take the delivery for unforeseen circumstances or no place to store the product then we will initiate the restocking procedure and you can cancel the order. Once the order cancellation is approved by our team, you have to pay the restocking fees which applicable as under:

 

For the product cost less than INR 10,000 (Not included sofas)

 

  1. In case you want to exchange or replace the product which costs lesser than INR 500, then an additional charge of INR 500 will be applied to the final product cost.
  2. In case you want to exchange the product that price up to INR 500, then you have to pay the additional charge INR 500 plus the difference between the product cost. 
  3. In case you want to exchange the product with the price equal to the new product or more than that then the additional cost of INR 500 will be levied.
  4. In case you are not satisfied with your product quality and want to cancel the order then you have to pay cancellation charges INR 1500. 
  5. In case you want to exchange the item for different products priced lesser by more than INR 1,00,000 then the customer will be charged an additional of INR 1,00,000.
  6. In case you want to exchange the product which price INR 1000 or lesser than the current item, then an additional charge of INR 1000 will be levied.
  7. In case you want t to exchange the item for the new product which price equal to or more than the current product then the additional charge oF INR 1000 plus the difference between the price of the new product will be levied.
  8. In case you want to chancel the product than a cancellation charge of INR 3000 will be levied.

For Sofas: We do not offer cancellation or exchange for any kind of sofas. It recommended to the customer, before buying the sofas please do ensure that you are buying the product as per your need and selection is done after analysis and consulting with our team to avoid any trouble.

 

For all other products: Once we deliver the product at the given location and left the customer premises, we will Not accommodate the cancellation or change in the request. We request the customer to be present at the time of the delivery to check the product and ensure it is the same product that you order. The product once deliver is only liable to get the 1-year warranty that comes with the product. Our delivery staff will assist the customer with any questions that they have at the time of delivery.

Most of our products are delivered fast. However, if you need it urgently, you can opt for the ?Next Day Delivery? option by making an extra payment for the same.

The delivery address can be changed as long as an item has not been shipped, post which no changes to the address can be accepted.

Sellers might be selective in their delivery of items. You can go for another seller who is offering the same product. There are also incidents, though rare, where couriers do not deliver to an address. However, this scenario keeps changing from time to time, so you can always come back for an update.

Shipping or delivery charges if any, will be mentioned in your invoice before you make the payment. You can check if the same is applicable for your order.

Improper packing is a rare occurrence. However, if the same happens in your case, do not accept the delivery. Visit ?My Orders? section on our website after logging in and select the ?Cancel? option. We will refund you shortly.

Orders which consist of multiple items together might be delivered separately for each item. However, if any part of a combo pack or set is missing, you must contact our Customer Care

Tracking Your Order

Once the order has been placed, an email is sent to your registered email id which has a link, clicking on which will show you the status of your order. There will also be an update about the status of your order in that mail.

A confirmation email and SMS is sent to you as soon as the order is confirmed. This is the sign that your order has been placed in a confirmed manner.

It may be on some rare occasion that your order hasn?t been delivered on time. We will update you about such occurrences through email and SMS. Additionally, you can also track the status of your order on your own.

Returning or Replacing Orders

Follow these steps to return your order simply within 7 days from the delivery-

Yes, if you have ordered multiple items together, you can replace or return each of them individually. However, the same does not apply to combo sets which are considered as single items.

An item which you wish to return has to be done in an intact condition and thus it cannot be malfunctioning or be broken.

payment

You can pay using your Credit or Debit Card, through Net Banking, or as Cash on Delivery for your orders on Craftatoz.

Not all sellers offer COD facility. You can check the availability of this service when you place the order. 

If your transaction failed but your credit or debit card account has been charged, you will receive a refund within 48 hours. Can payment be made through cheques?

We presently do not have a pay by cheque option. Payment at the time of delivery can be availed through the Cash on Delivery option.

Yes, Craftatoz offers payment modes through credit card EMI and you can select payment periods between 3 months/6 months/9 months/12 months. However, there is a minimum order value for EMI orders and it is not applicable for gold coins or jewellery items.

Using a cash back offer on an order is very simple. When you reach the payment page for your order, you will find the available cash back options which you can then select. The amount will be directly credited to your account by the relevant bank.

Cancellation

Follow these steps to simply cancel your order before delivery

Note:Furniture products not allow to cancel after 24 hour place the  order.

Log in to our website using your registration details and go to ?My Orders? section

If your order hasn?t been shipped yet, you will find a ?Cancel? option there which you need to click on. In case the product has been shipped already, you will find a ?Cancel/Replace? option which needs to be selected. 

Enter the reason of your cancellation for our reference

You can cancel an order within 24 hour of furniture if order other small item you can cancel before dispatched

Orders with multiple single items in them are eligible for part cancellation. However, no part of a combo pack or set can be cancelled.

Refund

If you have paid through cash on delivery, your amount will be refunded through NEFT. If you have paid through any other mode, we will be using the same to send you he refund. We need the following details for sending you the refund through NEFT:

Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours. If you haven?t received it within this time period then contact our Customer Care department.

You can contact our Customer Care and send your Airway Bill number, sent to you through email and SMS.
